OMPython supports two session types, Corba session or ZMQ session. ZMQ was introduced with #23. So both commands should work, the first one starts a ZMQ session, the second one starts a Corba session.

First i used matlab "ode15s". I got a solution, but i wanted to extend the model. That's why I now try to implement the model in OpenModelica. If implement the model in OpenModelica I get some errors. It's exactly the running version of matlab, but it's not working in OpenModelica. Does anyone no, why I cannot simulate the model in OpenModelica?

[Dec 18th, 2019] Modelon is making the following changes to JModelica.org: Assimulo, PyFMI and FMI Library are being moved to github.

The current Dymola version (2020) uses the Modelica Language Specification 3.4 (see the Dymola release notes of each version to find that out). OpenModelica apparently supports Modelica 3.3 (as noted in the release notes). The MSL has also evolved a bit in the meantime, with the current version being 3.2.3.

My opinion is that Mathworks saw Modelica arriving, decided not to buy into it and rushed a product out to try to kill it off. Other companies took Modelica (which is a language, not a product) and implemented it. The open Modelica compilers are getting better. OpenModelica claim to support 98% of the language now. But it's not for the faint hearted.
